Squadron Values:

Integrity

Squadron members should display the attributes of honesty, sincerity, truthfulness, of keeping one's word and agreements, punctuality, ethics, fairness, and respect for others.

Participation

Students should be enterprising and commit themselves fully to both study and extra curricular activity, taking full advantage of the opportunities made available to them by their universities as well as the Squadron. The Squadron must develop and nurture an atmosphere and environment for all students to participate academically, pastorally and socially.

Responsibility

The Squadron has a commitment to its students, but equally students have a responsibility to the Squadron and its members. This means going above and beyond, being proactive rather than reactive, taking the lead and being an ambassador for the Squadron/DTUS.

Character

Individuals should test themselves and take risks in the pursuit of personal development, academic and individual success. The Squadron should provide the opportunity for, and facilitate, the development of students’ character and personality.
